Banks Branches of major high street banks are located throughout Woolwich. The HSBC Bank is located in Wellington Street and the Co-operative Bank is further along the road towards Thomas Spencer Halls of Residence. NatWest Bank and Lloyds Bank are located close to Woolwich Market and Barclays Bank is opposite Woolwich Arsenal station. Bicycles Bicycles should be padlocked or otherwise immobilised in the cycle racks provided in the courtyard of Thomas Spencer car park or the stands at the front of Riverside House. Catering The Cafe in Riverside House offers various vending machine services - open Monday-Friday 9.00am-4.00pm Shops There is a full range of shopping facilities in and around Woolwich High Street. Smoking Permitted Area Bathway; Poolside bar, Deep-end (only when bar open) Sports & Recreation For enquiries about sports & recreation telephone 020 8331 8088. Please refer to the Sports notice board outside the squash courts at Thomas Spencer Halls of Residence for exact details of what sports and recreational activities are available on this campus. You can also contact the Students' Union Sports Officer on 020 8331 9599. Telephones Riverside House: There is a pay phone and a white 'phone for internal calls only in the foyer.
