Campus Information
TRAVELLING TO AND FROM CAMPUSES
X Greater London Public Transport: One Day Bus Passes can be bought in advance and used before 9.30am. No photograph is necessary. Period Bus Passes are issued for a week or month, can begin any day you choose and give unlimited travel within your selected zones. Period Travelcards give unlimited travel on bus, underground and train within your selected zones and can begin on any day you choose. One Day Travelcards give unlimited travel on bus, underground and train from 9.30am Monday-Friday and all day at weekends and bank holidays. Green Line coaches can be covered by Travelcards.
Avery Hill Campus- A free bus service is available for students living in the Student Village but studying at Woolwich/Greenwich (and for those living in or near Woolwich and studying at Avery Hill). See notices for details and times of services;
- Trains: Eltham, Falconwood and New Eltham to Charring Cross, Waterloo East, London Bridge and Dartford every 30 minutes, every 20 minutes during rush hour. Call 0345 484950 for times and further information.
- Buses: 233 - Eltham Station; 124 - Eltham High Street; 328 - New Eltham Station, 286 Greenwich

Kings Hill Centre- Trains: the nearest railway station is West Malling on the London Victoria to Maidstone East line. Taxis are available at the station.
- Buses: Bus number 152 leaves from the railway station and is timed to meet most trains.
University of Greenwich at Medway Campus- Trains: Stations: Chatham and Gillingham to Charing Cross, Waterloo East, London Bridge, Cannon Street, Victoria, Ramsgate and Dover - frequent service. Call 0345 484950 for times and further information. There are a taxi rank and buses outside both stations.
- Buses: Chatham-Chatham Maritime services go from Chatham Station, Stop B, to the Compass Centre at Chatham Maritime; Chatham-Twydall services go via Gillingham Station and Brompton, to the roundabout serving Dock Road and the A231.
Woolwich - A bus service is available for students living in or near Woolwich and studying at Avery Hill. See notices for details and times of services
- Trains: Woolwich Arsenal - London Bridge, Cannon Street, Waterloo East, Charing Cross and Dartford, every 10-20 minutes depending upon time of day. Call 0345 484950 for times and further information.
- Buses: 53, 177 - Westminster; 161 - Eltham Church; 96 (Waterfront Leisure Centre) - Dartford; 180 - Greenwich. A Central London Bus Map is available for reference in Student Services.
